The property, previously a beach-home residence was extensively refurbished during 2006. The property became available for holiday lets for the first time in 2007. The interior refurbishment was designed to establish a calm and tranquil environment with all the conveniences and luxuries you would expect. The sound of the sea can be heard from all rooms. The property was originally designed and built for boating enthusiasts and has outside storage areas underneath the house particularly useful for windsurfing and diving equipment.

The entire Marineside development is extremely child friendly and there is a large grass area to the front of the property perfect for the kids and in full view of the front balcony for sunbathing parents.
